It is unprofessional conduct for an optometrist to modify a medical record with fraudulent intent.

It is unprofessional conduct for pharmacist to fail to fully maintain and retain patient-specific information relating to pharmacist job performance.

The board may take disciplinary action against an acupuncturist for altering or modifying a medical record with fraudulent intent, or creating any false medical record, failing to maintain adequate and accurate records of services, or other unprofessional conduct, as specified.

A person placed under conservatorship by a court as a result of a mental disorder or impairment by chronic alcoholism cannot purchase, receive or possess any firearm or deadly weapon. The court shall immediately notify the Department of Justice of the court order placing the person under conservatorship and prohibiting firearm or deadly weapon possession.
