The section prohibits the publication on the Internet of private information of individuals attempting to use reproductive health services.

The provision creates a program for protecting the confidentiality of the addresses of users of reproductive health services.

The Public Records Act does not require disclosure of any personal information including personal medical information, received or collected by a public agency regarding the employees, volunteers, board members, or contractors of a reproductive health services facility.
