Applicant's failure to meet physical standards for employment requires the waiver of rights to disability retirement; reversal of this waiver requires submission of a physician's report concerning the condition for which such a waiver was required.
If the medical examination does not show to the satisfaction of the county retirement board that the member is incapacitated physically or mentally and the member's application is denied on this ground, the board shall give notice of such denial to the employer.
(1) It shall be the duty of the coroner to inquire into and determine the circumstances, manner, and cause of all violent, sudden, unattended, unusual or suspicious deaths. In cases where the coroner conducts an inquiry, the coroner or a deputy shall personally sign the certificate of death. If the death occurred in a state hospital, the coroner shall forward a copy of his or her report to the state agency responsible for the state hospital.

Coroners shall maintain registries of the names of the deceased, and information including detailed medical reports upon which decision as to cause of death has been based.
It is unlawful for a person to knowingly make any false material statement or fail to disclose a material fact to obtain or receive benefits under the County Employees Retirement Law of 1937. “Statement” includes any report of injury or physical or mental limitation, hospital records, test results, physician reports, or other medical records.
The coroner is authorized to assist medical and health service agencies in identifying donors of human organs and tissues, for purposes of providing life-enhancing benefits of transplant surgery to recipients under duly sanctioned medical conditions.
After the coroner's investigation or inquest has terminated, the court shall order the records of confidential communications of deceased person to be sealed as necessary to protect the confidentiality of the decedent's medical or mental health information
