Summary:
Any multidisciplinary team concerned with child abuse or abuse of elder or dependent person may disclose or exchange any information or writing kept in connection with any program of public social services or otherwise designated as confidential with any other team member, if the team member believes it is relevant to the prevention, identification or treatment of abuse. Discussions of such information are confidential and not admissible into any court proceeding.
