Penal Code 11075: "criminal offender record information" refers to records and data compiled by criminal justice agencies for identifying offenders and maintaining a summary of each offender's arrests, pretrial proceedings, nature and disposition of criminal charges, sentencing, incarceration, rehabilitation, and release.
