Bus. & Prof. Code 805 (2007)

Summary:

Requires health care administrators to report instances of disciplinary action against licensed medical professionals to the agency. These reports do not act as a waiver of confidentiality of medical records.

Chief of staff or other health care supervisors of licensed medical professionals
California Penalty: 
Willful failure to file an 805 report is punishable by a fine not to exceed $100,000 per violation
