Standards and procedures to ensure that all records of a driving school relating to the physical or mental condition of any student are confidential, except to the department.
Driver's license examinations shall include test of the hearing and eyesight of the applicant, and of other matters that may be necessary to determine the applicant's mental and physical fitness to operate a motor vehicle upon the highways
Tests for class A or B driver's licenses must include a report of applicant's physical examination conducted by a health professional; the physical examination must have taken place within two years of application.
